A Summary of the Researches about the Relationship between Manchu and Han in the Late Qing Dynasty in the Late 30 Years

近三十年来学术界关于晚清满汉关系研究表现出某种"态势":满汉矛盾的演进、满汉权力之争都是关注的焦点,认为清末的满汉矛盾演化为以"排满"为标志的近代民族主义运动,虽迎合了时代,但也必然地形成了局限。也有研究者关注清末缓和满汉矛盾举措的研究。满汉关系的研究有必要被纳入一个更大的审视范畴,但同时又要考虑这一矛盾体中双方的文化心理差异。

Over the past 30 years,the researches about the relationship between Manchu and Han in the late Qing Dynasty are focused on the intensive conflicts or the fights for the right,arguing that the the conflicts between Manchu and Han in the late Qing Dynasty was the modern nationalist movement as its sign which took repelling Manchu as its sign.Although this,in a sense,met the contemporary tendency,it inevitably brought some limitations.There were also some researchers who cared about the measures which could release those conflicts.It is necessary to put the research of the relationship between Manchu and Han into a broader range,while take the cultural psychology of both party in the conflicts into consideration.
