尿路结石是公犬泌尿系统的常发病之一,膀胱内形成结石无法从尿道排出,导致患犬无法排尿或排尿困难,常通过手术从膀胱及尿道内取出结石。文章就一尿路结石病例的发病情况、临床表现、一般和特殊诊断以及治疗(先行膀胱切开术,无效后,最后行尿道造口,术后恢复良好)过程进行描述,以期为该病的临床诊治提供一定的参考。
