Recent advances in signal transduction in cell of Chlamydia pneumoniae

摘要 肺炎衣原体肺炎是一种常见的呼吸道感染性疾病。细胞内信号传导与肺炎衣原体感染及其炎症的发生发展密切相关,如MAPK信号通路和核转录因子κB信号通路等,了解细胞信号传导和疾病的关系对于认识生命过程和揭示生命的本质具有重要意义,从而更好地了解感染性疾病的致病机制。 Chlamydia pneumoniae is a common respiratory infection disease. Signal transduction in cell is closed related to Chlamydia pneumoniae and the development of inflammation. This article reviews signal transduetion pathways of infection disease and Chlamydia pneumoniae, for example MAPK and nuclear factor-κB signal transduction pathway, so as to better understand the pathogenesis of infection diseases.
