摘要 细胞色素P4502A6(CYP2A6)是尼古丁代谢的主要酶,它存在几十种基因型。近年来CYP2A6基因多态性与尼古丁代谢水平及吸烟行为的关系成为研究的重点,并且发现CYP2A6的酶活性与戒烟成功率有一定的关系,可能指导戒烟方法的选择。 Cytochrome P450 2A6 (CYP2A6) plays a major role in the metabolism of nicotine, which has dozens of genotypes. Recently the researches focus on the relationship between the CYP2A6 gene polymorphism and smoking behavior, and have found that CYP2A6 activity is related to the success in smoking cessation. Hence it maybe responsible for the choose of quiting smoking.
