马克思主义法学始终坚持人是法律的主体和目的。科学发展观体现在法学和法治思想上,就是以人为本,以人的权利为本。推进马克思主义法学大众化,主要是弘扬与时俱进法学理论品质,弘扬社会主义法学精神,树立社会主义法治理念,注重马克思主义法学的"中国表述"、"中国风格",使法律成为广大人民群众的思维方式、生活方式和行为习惯;使法学成为通俗化、具体化、更好地为人民群众所理解、所掌握、所运用的"大众法学"。

The jurisprudence of Marxism has always believed that people is the subject and aim. In the law area, the scientific outlook on development is people - oriented. Improving the popularization of jurisprudence of Marxism need to advance with the time and spread the concept of rule of social law. We should make the law became the way people think, the way they live and their habit. We should make the basic principles and points of jurisprudence of Marxism popularity and specific, and so, the public can understand, master and use it.
