碳基固体酸催化剂的制备及其在合成对氨基苯酚中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 以葡萄糖为碳化原料,浓硫酸为磺化试剂,制备了碳基固体酸催化剂。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、酸碱中和滴定和元素分析等方法对制备的催化剂进行了表征,并将该碳基固体酸应用于硝基苯催化加氢合成对氨基苯酚(PAP)的反应中,考察了其催化重排反应性能。结果表明,所制备的碳基固体酸催化剂是一种连自-SO_3H的多芳香稠环的无定型碳结构。在反应温度为115℃、反应时间4 h、氢气分压0.4 MPa的反应条件下,碳基固体酸催化剂最佳用量为1.0 g,硝基苯转化率为76.2%,对氨基苯酚选择性为54 4%。 Carbon-based solid acid catalyst was prepared by sulfonation of incompletely carbonized sucrose, and characterized with various techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), Infrared spectra (IR), acid-base titration and elemental analysis (EA). Its catalytic performances were investigated in the synthesis ofp-aminophenol (PAP) by nitrobenzene hydrogenation. The results showed that the carbon solid acid catalyst was the amorphous carbon structure that consists of many polycyclic aromatic and -SO3H. The optimized reaction conditions investigated were reaction temperature 115 ℃, reaction time 4 h and hydrogen partial pressure 0.4 MPa. Under optimal conditions, the conversion of nitrobenzene was 76.2% and the selectivity towards PAP was 54.4%.
