摘要
回顾C2C电子商务的发展,讨论目前的信任评价系统中存在的问题。在调查研究的基础上,提出一个新的信用评价模型。模型分为两部分:一是信用反馈评价指标体系的设计,反映评价者的主观意愿,其中运用AHP方法确定各指标权重;二是综合考虑对信用评价有重要影响的其他因素,与信用反馈评价指标体系集结成为基于多影响因素的信用评价模型。
In this paper,we reviewed the development of the C2C e-commerce and discussed the problems of the present trust-evaluation systems.Then based on what we have learned,we came up with a new model to evaluate the trust of transactions in the C2C e-commerce business.The model integrates two parts: the model is built up depending on the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) approach that has taken nearly all dynamic factors about which the buyers are concerned into consideration;the other part is other key factors affecting online credit value.
