大学生心理健康状况的调查与分析——以山西农业大学为例

Research and Analysis of College Students' Mental Health——Taking Shanxi Agricultural University as an example

在竞争日益激烈的现代社会中,大学生群体产生了心理上的不适应,心理健康状况面临着严重威胁,已成为影响大学生成长成才的重要因素。针对目前大学生心理健康状况,采用了问卷调查的方法,对山西农业大学本科在校学生心理健康状况进行调研,分析了该校大学生的心理健康状况,并从主观和客观两方面分别提出相应的具体措施。

In the increasingly competitive modern society,some students in the college are unadaptable to psychological strain and face the serious threat on their mental health,which has greatly influenced students＇ growth and success.Through a questionnaire survey among the undergraduates of Shanxi Agricultural University,this paper studied and analyzed the current mental health status of the college students,and put forward the specific measures from both subjective and objective aspects respectively.
