摘要
针对高校学生特点,提出高校学生辅导员的角色定位应为引路人、贴心人、指导者和疏导者。新生辅导员更需要强化主动服务、学习辅导、生涯规划、活动指定和协调沟通等五大职能。
Aiming at the features of university students,this paper defines freshmen counselors＇ role as guides,close friends,instructors and problem-solvers.The freshmen counselors should strengthen their five functions of active services,study instruction,career planning,activities guidance and coordination.
