摘要
本文对医院实施临床路径过程中在路径的制定、医师的动员、患者的沟通,以及信息技术等方面遇到的困难和问题进行总结和分析,并提出建议和相应的改进措施,为医院更好地进行临床路径管理和相关决策提供参考。
The article summarized and analyzed some difficulties and problems encountered in the process of hospital implementing clinical pathway, such as formulation of clinical pathway, doctors ＇ mobilization, patients＇ communication and information technology. Some suggestions and the corresponding measures were put forward to provide references for hospital to manage clinical pathway and make related decision.
