摘要
目的分析肿瘤科存在的各种危险因素,制定相应的护理干预,实现安全管理。方法通过临床工作总结危险因素进行分析、干预。结果实行危机管理以来,科室护理工作安全、有序进行。结论实行危机管理能够有效地规避护理风险,提高护理质量。
Objective To analyze the risk factors in tumor department and set up prevention measures Methods Sum the risk factors in the clinic work. Results With the crisis intervening, the risks were reduced Conclusion Crisis management can reduce the risks and improve service quality.
