Implementation of 'Zero Distance' Medical Support in Frontier Military Hospital

本文从官兵健康需求增加、基层医疗保障能力有限、边防官兵看病难、政策体制不完善四个方面,探讨实施"零距离"卫勤保障的必要性,提出"走出去、动起来""集中管理、派出保障""军民共建、军民融合"式保障3条应对措施。

The author analyzed the necessity of carry out ＇ zero distance＇ medical support from four as- pects, which included the increase of soldiers ＇ health demand, low primary medical support ability, the frontier soldiers＇ difficulty to see a doctor and the unperfected policy system. Three suggestions were put forward to reply these problems ： ＇ go out and get moving＇ , ＇ centralized management and dispatched - mode support＇ , ＇ construction and integration between civilian and military＇.
