摘要
本文对省级医学应急救援专业力量进行界定,探讨其卫生训练的组织机制和激励机制,并针对平时灾害救援保障的特点,采取加强"三基"训练、强化院前急救、加强心理训练以及做好人装结合训练等积极措施,以进一步提高省级医学应急救援专业力量训练质量和保障水平。
The article defined the professional forces of province level emergency medical rescue, and discussed the organizing and motivation mechanism of its health training. Aiming at the characteristics of disaster rescue support, the author put forward some measures about professional training, which included intensifying three basic aspects＇training, pre -hospital first -aid, psychological training and the combination of personnel and equipment, so as to improve the training quality and support capability.
