摘要
为实现通用性强、样品消耗小、成本低新型检测器的开发,设计一种应用于流动分析体系的表面等离子共振(SPR)检测器.以3种糖的标准溶液为样品,开展检测器性能指标测试,得到相对标准偏差(RSD)值在1.3%以下,D-木糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖的检测下限分别为92、123、132ng,在最低检测限至10 000mg/L的检测范围内,线性拟合相关系数大于0.999.将SPR检测器作为液相色谱系统的检测器,测得分离后标准样品RSD值在2.3%以下,蔗糖和半乳糖的检测下限分别为6、9μg.结果表明,SPR检测器对于紫外检测或荧光检测不敏感,或者需要通过衍生化才可进行测量的成分,具有优势.
To develop a novel detector with characteristics of versatility,low sample consumption,and inexpensiveness,surface plasma resonance(SPR) detector was designed for flow analysis system.Its performance was evaluated using 3 glucide solutions..Results showed that the RSD values were below 1.3%,and the detection limits of D-xylose,sucrose and glucose were 92,123,and 132 ng,respectively.The linearities of three components were excellent between detection limits and 10000 mg/L with correlation coefficients above 0.999.The SPR detector was applied to the liquid chromatography system.The RSD values were below 2.3% for separated samples with standard concentration solutions,it could detect the sucrose and galactose as low as 6 and 9 μg,respectively.It indicates that the detector is preponderant to detect materials insensitive to the ultraviolet detection or fluorescence detection,or which only can be detected by derivatization.
