摘要
随着电力系统规模的发展以及保护设备数量的增加,设备的定期检修模式越来越不适应电力企业生产及设备的管理要求,所以众多电力企业陆续根据自身的实际情况开展了保护设备状态检修尝试。文章针对继电保护信息管理系统不够完善的现状,基于"设备为中心"的保护信息系统思想,通过对其数据及数据关系进行综合分析,构建了符合继电保护设备状态检修和现场工作需求的继电保护设备台账管理模型,并开发完成了相应的台账管理模型数据库系统。
Along with the development of power systems and the increase of relay protection devices, the time- based maintenance mode cannot meet the requirements of" power production and equipnlent nlanagement. As a result, more and more power enterprises have started to carry out condition-based maintenance for relay protection devices according to their practical situation. However, the relay protection information management system is not perfect. Through comprehensive analysis of the data and data relationships, an account management mode of relay protection devices is constructed, and an account management database is developed. This mode is based on the equipment-centered idea and meets the requirements of condition-based mainternance and site work.
