破裂型椎间盘突出动物模型形态结构及自身血管化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨破裂型椎间盘突出组织重吸过程中形态结构的变化趋势及自身血管化反应。方法选择20只SD雄性大鼠,经手术切除尾椎椎间盘,埋植在背部硬膜外,制作破裂型椎间盘突出模型。30d后处死动物,取埋植的髓核组织,进行HE染色,免疫组化检测。结果30d后椎间盘组织的形态结构发生明显改变,椎间盘组织中新生血管免疫组化染色均呈阳性。结论破裂型椎间盘突出的髓核组织经过一段时间后形态结构发生明显变化,其中确实有新生血管的长入,其可能在椎间盘突出重吸收过程中发挥重要作用。
