一种支持视频流媒体QoS的互联网关发现方案

Gateway discovery scheme to support video streaming QoS in interconnection of MANET and Internet

摘要 为了在自组网与有线网混合的互联(混合)网络中支持视频流媒体应用并保证服务质量,在传统的网关发现方案的基础上采用以流为单位进行路由的方法,并添加了根据当前网络状态与请求接入的视频流媒体质量要求关系的准入机制。另外,在将自组网参数化建模的基础上研究了自组网网络规模与整个网络容量的关系。仿真实验结果证明:该方案可以保证接入的视频流服务都能满足服务质量(QoS)要求,且实际容量可以达到网络最大容量的理论值。 This paper presents a traditional schemes based gateway discovery scheme to route packets not by IP but by the stream and establish an access control mechanism by comparing the current network status with the quality of service (QoS) requirement of a video stream requesting for access. The gateway discovery scheme supports video streaming applications with QoS control in the interconnection of mobile ad hoc network (MANET) and Internet. The relationship between the MANET scale and the total capacity was studied based on the MANET parametric modeling. Simulation results show that every stream having access can meet the QoS requirements by using the developed scheme and that the capacity can reach the theoretical maximum of the network capacity.
