摘要
结合青岛海湾大桥非通航孔桥现浇墩身钢筋笼安装施工,总结了常规墩身钢筋绑扎工艺的不足之处,详细介绍了墩身钢筋整体安装工艺,分析了墩身钢筋整体安装工艺的优势,并对墩身钢筋整体安装工艺的选用作了详尽的说明。该工艺突破了常规墩身钢筋散绑的思路,将海上施工现场散绑的工艺改进为陆上场地预制再运往现场进行整体安装,提高了墩身钢筋的施工速度和质量,改善了施工作业环境。
Based on the construction technology of cast-in-situ foundation steel cage for Qingdao Bay Bridge in non-sea route structure,the author summarizes the deficiency of reinforcement binding process for conventional pier shaft,introduces overall installation technology of pier shaft bars,analyzes the advantages of overall installation technology,and demonstrates the applicable conditions of overall installation technology.The new technology breaks through the traditional way using fabricated steel in job site to connect bridge foundation,while assembles the pre-cast structural elements in land which would be shipped to job site later on.Such technology improves the quality and speed of construction and reduces the impact to working environment.
