Concrete Comprehensive Construction Technology of Chongqing Grand Theatre Project

重庆大剧院工程集中采用了多项混凝土施工技术,针对该项工程,在混凝土施工方面详细介绍了5项施工技术,即自密实混凝土施工技术,超长结构混凝土裂缝防治技术,混凝土耐久性施工技术,型钢混凝土细长柱施工技术,压型钢板混凝土组合楼盖施工技术,并总结了其成功的施工经验。经现场检查,底部压型钢板未见扭曲、下沉、变形现象,钢筋混凝土楼板未见开裂现象,施工质量达到设计要求。

Several concrete construction technologyies are used in Chongqing Grand Theatre project.Based on the engineering,five concrete construction technologyies are introduced in detail,including self-compacting concrete,concrete crack control of super long structure,concrete durability construction,section steel concrete slender column construction,profiled steel sheet concrete composite floor construction,construction experience is summarized.The fact shows that the distortion and subsidence and deformation has not been discovered for bottom profiled steel sheet,the crack of reinforced concrete floor has not been discovered,construction quality meets the design requirements.
