摘要
针对广州珠江新城核心区市政交通项目首层大跨度钢管空心混凝土楼盖体系,分析了体系的组成结构,介绍了施工方法,包括:钢梁、钢柱安装检查,1号空心钢管下T形托板的安装,1号空心钢管的安装,钢筋桁架模板的安装,最后一块钢筋桁架模板的安装,2号空心钢管安装,下挂式钢筋桁架模板内200mm厚混凝土的浇筑,钢管空心楼板上层钢筋绑扎,钢管空心楼板混凝土浇筑。针对下挂式钢筋桁架模板施工工艺,总结了施工技术要点,包括:质量控制标准,钢筋桁架模板宽度、长度允许偏差,钢筋桁架模板安装完成后桁架构造尺寸允许偏差,以及钢筋桁架模板安装质量要求。
Based on large span steel hollow concrete floor slab system at the core area of Zhujiang New City with Guangzhou Urban Transport Project,the composition structure is analyzed,including the installation inspection of steel beam and steel column,the installation of T-bracket under the No.1 hollow steel pipe,the installation of No.1 hollow steel tube,the installation of steel truss formwork,the installation of the last block steel truss formwork,the installation of the No.2 hollow steel tube,concrete pouring with 200mm thick,upper assembling reinforcement of steel tube hollow floor,concrete pouring of steel tube hollow floor.According to the construction technology of steel truss formwork with suspended-type,construction points are summarized,including quality control standard,the allowable deviation of steel truss formwork width and length,the allowable deviation of truss structure size after steel truss formwork installation,installation quality requirement of steel truss formwork.
