摘要
有关服务企业国际化的理论范式有两派观点,导致了研究上的两种基本框架。一种是"基于制造企业国际化的研究范式";另一种是"基于服务特征的研究范式"。前者又可细分为经济学派和管理学派两大范式,区别在于其分析框架是否建立在经济效率分析基础上。由于越来越多的国外学者强调服务特征和分类对服务企业国际化的影响,由此形成了"基于服务特征的研究范式"。
There are two viewpoints concerning the theoretical paradigms of the internationalization of service enterprises,leading to two basic framework of study.One is based on the internationalization of manufacturing enterprises,the other is based on the characteristics of services.The former can be subdivided into economic school and management school by whether it is based on an economic efficiency analysis.With more and more foreign scholars emphasizing the influence of service features and classification on the internationalization of service enterprises,a research paradigm based on service features has appeared.
