河南现代服务业存在的问题、制约因素及对策研究

A Research on Problems,Constraints and Countermeasures of the Modern Service Industry of Henan

近年,现代服务业已经成为发达国家或地区产业经济中发展最快的部分。河南现代服务业发展存在着规模偏小、结构不优、人才不足、发展不平衡等问题,必须破解思想观念陈旧、机制转换滞后、收入水平较低、工业发展粗放、城镇化进程缓慢等制约因素,从提高思想认识、深化体制创新、推动产业融合、优化发展环境、加快城市化进程入手,加快提升河南现代服务业发展水平。

In recent years,modern service industry has become the fastest growing part of the economy in the developed countries or regions.The development of modern service industry in Henan has the problem of small scale,poor structure,talent insufficiency,uneven development and others.Therefore,we must break the old ideas,backward mechanisms,low income levels,poor development,slow process of urbanization and other constraints,and enhance the level of development of modern service industry in Henan by increasing our understanding,deepening institutional innovation,promoting industrial integration,optimizing the development environment and accelerating the urbanization process.
