企业经营者是被赋予企业决策经营权与经营控制权,并直接对企业经营活动负责的最高权责群体,具有有限理性的行为特征,现代企业中拥有异质性人力资本的经营者成为关键性资源提供者之一,企业监控主体呈现由单一物质资本所有者向关键资源提供者分享的多元化倾向。

Enterprise operators are endowed with decision management decision and operation control power.At the same time,enterprise operators obtain the top right to be responsible for enterprise management activities with limited rationality action.The operator provides the heterogeneous human capital as one of key resources,which lead to diverse tendencies of monitoring body from business owners of the physical capital to share power of key resources.
