摘要
文中利用有限元数值分析方法对渐开线轮齿的啮合过程进行分析,结果表明轮齿在一对齿啮合过渡为两对齿啮合、两对齿啮合过渡为一对齿啮合过程中皆可导致瞬时传动比的突变。文中工作对于高速重载齿轮传动设计具有指导意义。
The process of involute gear meshing was analysed by the finite element numerical analysis methods in this article. The results show that either from one pair of gear meshing to two pair of gear meshing or from two pair of gear meshing to one pair of gear meshing can lead to instantaneous transmission ratio mutation. This paper work has some significance for the high speed and heavy duty gear design.
