摘要
针对按外壁展开油管存在壁厚会造成偏差,而按内壁展开又无法在实际中应用的问题,通过投影的方法,将内壁相贯线投影到外壁,然后按外壁展开,得到更为精确和适于生产的展开图。用参数化技术对模型进行参数化,用Pro/E的Pro/TOOLKIT模块借助Visual C++进行编译调试,完成了应用程序的二次开发,实现了任意直径两管任意角度相交的展开图设计。
To solve the pipe wall thickness problem, outer wall and inner wall surface expansion were discussed, outer wall cut by outer wall intersection line and projection of inner wall intersection line was analyzed. The feature was created with constrains and parameters and relationship. C programming language code is written based on customization toolkit Pro/TOOLKIT to develop a new Pro/ENGINEER capability. It can regenerate tee pipe surface development at any diameters and any intersection angles.
