摘要
随着机床及刀具等技术的发展,以及对效率的追求,在对大模数淬硬齿轮加工过程中以刮代磨所产生的经济效益愈加显著。通过试验总结出刮削的辅助条件、参数设置、精度范围等。随着淬硬齿面刮削技术的日益成熟,该工艺方法必将得到更大的推广。
The development of technologies such as machine tools and tool and the pursuit of efficiency, in the large module hardening gear of scraping instead of grinding make the economic benefits more significant. The experiment concluded: scraping the auxiliary conditions, parameter settings, the precision scope and so on. Scraping technology of hardening gear with the maturing of this process will be more widely used.
