首先对电视发射网的理论规划方法加以综合阐述,结合我国频道划分情况,提出应用该理论规划的工程计算法,然后分别计算了频道数C=12和C=16的电视发射网频道分布的网格结构,引入覆盖系数的概念。并提出符合我国实际的兼顾发射网间隔距离和覆盖系数要求的优选标准,推荐了多种优选方案。最后还介绍了西德电视发射网规划的主要经验。
