摘要 目的:改进并优化测定口服补液盐散(Ⅱ)中钾含量的原子吸收分光光度法。方法:通过考察消电离剂氯化锶的作用及加入量,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定口服补液盐散(Ⅱ)中的钾含量。结果:钾在0~1.3 mg.L-1范围内浓度与吸光度相关系数为0.998 7(n=4),特征浓度为0.013 mg.L-1,回收率在97.8%~101.7%之间,RSD为1.6%(n=9)。结论:该方法可以准确测定口服补液盐散(Ⅱ)中的钾含量,且操作简便。 Objective: To determinate the content of potassium in Oral Rehydration Salts Powder ( Ⅱ ) with flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The sample solutions were added strontium chloride solution to eliminate ionization interference, then ware an- alyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The contents of potassium were calculated according to their calibration curves. Resuits : The linear calibration range was 0 to 1.3 mg· L^- 1, with the reference ratio was 0. 9987 ( n = 4). The characteristic concentra- tion was 0. 013 mg · L^-1. The recovery of determining nine samples was obtained within 97.8 % to 101.7 % , and RSD was 1.6% ( n = 9). Conclusion: This method is accurate and convenient.
