摘要
采用高温固相法制备Sr3SiO5:Eu2+荧光粉,利用X射线衍射分析方法和光致光谱分析方法研究样品的物相组成、激发光谱和发射光谱。研究摩尔比n(Sr)/n(Si)、助熔剂BaF2质量、煅烧温度及Eu2+掺量等对样品物相形成和发光性能的影响。结果表明最佳实验参数为:n(Sr)/n(Si)=3、BaF2为1%、煅烧温度为1 380℃、Eu2+摩尔掺量为7%。在体积分数Ф(N2)/Ф(H2)=90/10的混合气氛条件下煅烧6 h,可获得单一物相的Sr3SiO5:Eu2+荧光粉,样品发出强的橘黄光,峰值位于569 nm,激发光谱是300 nm到520 nm的宽带谱,在蓝光区激发强度较高。
Phosphor Sr3SiO5:Eu2 + was prepared by high temperature solid state reaction method.X-ray diffraction and photolumi-nescent spectroscopy were used to study crystalline phase,and emission and excitation spectra of samples.Effects of mole ratio n(Sr)/n(Si),mass fraction of fluxing agents BaF2,calcination temperature,and Eu2+ dosages in mole on phase formation and lumines-cence properties were investigated.Results indicate that the optimal experimental parameters are n(Sr)/n(Si) of 3%,BaF2 content of 1%,calcination temperature of 1 380 ℃,and Eu2+ dosage of 7%.Phosphor Sr3SiO5:Eu2+ with pure phase was fabricated under an at-mosphere with a volume fraction of ?(N2)/?(H2) = 90/10 for 6 h.The phosphor exhibits a strong yellow emission centering at 569 nm and a broadband excitation spectrum ranging from 300–520 nm with strong excitation in the blue band.
