热电势预测硬质合金刀片寿命的研究

Life Prediction of Cemented Carbide Inserts Based on Thermoelectric Potential

摘要 本文以YT30、YW2、YT715、YG6A四个牌号的硬质合金刀片为研究对象,通过大量试验,分析了硬质合金刀片的热电性能与其耐磨性的相关关系,而且根据实验结果分别得到了四种牌号的硬质合金刀片的热电势与磨损值的相关性实验公式。依据这些相关性实验公式,分别对YT30、YW2、YT715、YG6A四种硬质合金刀片每种选择5片刀片,在刀片使用前测量其热电势,判断其未来使用寿命,然后通过实际磨损实验检验预测结果。实验结果表明,采用测量硬质合金刀片的热电特性达到预测其使用性能的方法是可行的,其准确度也较好。 The relationship between thermoelectricity performance and wear resistance of YT30,YW2,YT715,and YG6A cemented carbide inserts was analyzed in this study through massivc experiments.And according to the experimental results,the correlation empirical formulas between thermoelectric potential and attrition value of four grades of cemented carbide inserts were obtained.Based on these correlation empirical formulas,five pieces of bits were choosed for each kind of the four grades,their thermoelectric potentials were measured before use and their service lives were predicted.Then the predicted results were certified through actual attrition experiments.The experimental results indicate that the method of using thermoelectric characteristic of cemented carbide insert to predict its service performance is feasible,and its accuracy is also good.
