从生产经营发展速度、装备水平提升、产品结构改善、创新平台建设等方面评述了"十一五"期间中国硬质合金工业的发展概况。分析了硬质合金行业发展面临的新形势,指出虽然中国硬质合金市场需求旺盛,但国外企业强势进入加剧了硬质合金产品市场的竞争,中国钨资源削减严重迫切要求硬质合金向高效利用方向发展。"十二五"期间中国硬质合金工业应重点在产品结构优化与产业升级、提高行业集中度、培育核心自主知识产权、优化产业空间布局、发展循环经济等方面有新的突破。

The development of Chinese cemented carbide industry during the eleventh five-year plan period is reviewed from the aspect of production and operation development speed,advancement of equipment level,improvement of product structure and construction of innovation platform.The latest situation of the cemented carbide industry is analyzed.It is pointed out that,although the market demand is flourishing,the market competition of cemented carbide product is aggravated due to the foreign enterprises strongly enter China market,and the resource of tungsten in China is greatly reduced,thus the high efficiency application of cemented carbide is pressed for.During the twelfth five-year plan period,Chinese cemented carbide industry should emphatically make breakthrough in optimizing the product structure,upgrading the industry,improving the industry concentration,developing the core technologies with independent intellectual property rights,optimizing the spatial distribution of the industry,developing recycling economy,etc.
