摘要 介绍了C1化学路线合成乙二醇的各种方法,其中直接法为合成气一步合成乙二醇,而间接法则包括甲醇法、甲醛法、草酸酯法等,并对各种方法的工艺技术特点进行了评述。重点介绍了国内煤制乙二醇技术现状和项目进展情况,并分析了中科院福建物构所开发的煤制乙二醇技术特点和指标。 The processes of producing ethylene glycol by ways of direct and indirect methods were presented. The direct method was carbonylation, and the indirect methods include hydroformylation, reductive hydroformylation and ester oxalation. The differences of the abovementioned processes were also reviewed. The present status and project progress of the coal-based ethylene glycol synthesis technology were mainly analyzed. The local Coal to MEG technology status as well as the project progress were emphatically introduced and the technology features and indexes of Fujian Institute of Matter (CAS) was also fully analyzed and discussed.
