改质沥青液下泵存在的问题及改进措施

Existing Problems of the Submerged Pump for the Modified Pitch and Their Relevant Improvement

针对山西焦化股份有限公司焦油加工装置改质沥青液下泵故障频发,严重影响改质沥青装置稳定运行,致使焦油加工装置不能满负荷运行的问题,分析了液下泵故障原因及改质沥青的特性,采取的措施是:将改质沥青液下泵由长轴泵改为短轴泵,并进一步优化短轴泵的结构,从根本上解决了沥青液下泵制约生产的瓶颈问题,从而保证改质沥青系统的稳定运行。

Frequent failures of the submerged pump for the modified pitch of the tar processing unit of the Shanxi Coking Co., Ltd. seriously affected stable operation of the modified pitch unit, and that made full load operation of the unit impossible. Analysis was made on the cause of the failures of the submerged pump and also on the features of the modified pitch. The countermeasures which had been taken were as follows： the long axis pump was revised into the short axis pump, and the structure of the short axis pump was optimized, thus the restriction bottleneck was broken and smooth operation was assured.
