淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤误诊为尤文肉瘤一例
摘要
患儿，女，6岁，因“肢痛1年10个月，发热2周”于2009年8月入院。患儿以左下肢疼痛和右上臂疼痛起病，伴局部肿胀和关节活动受限，无发热，无贫血，外院诊断尤文肉瘤，化疗6疗程后评估为完全缓解。
