炎症应激相关的脂质异位沉积在非酒精性脂肪性肝病发病中的作用 被引量:8

The role of inflammation related ectopic lipid deposition in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

摘要 目前,在对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)发病机制和治疗的对策研究中,更多的是关注饮食控制,改善胰岛素抵抗,加强肝脏对游离脂肪酸的氧化等方面,而对脂质从外周组织向肝脏异常转运的研究不多。由于对肝脏脂肪酸、胆固醇摄取的机制认识不清,目前还没有有效抑制肝脏对脂质摄取的治疗方法。因此,深入探讨脂质的转运机制对于了解NAFLD的发病机制以及发现新的治疗靶点有非常重要的意义。
