The effect of far uprtream element binding proteinlon the pathogenesis of human hepatocellular carcinomas

摘要 单链远侧上游因子结合蛋白1(FUBP1)是新近发现的转录因子,又名FUSE结合蛋白、DNA解螺旋酶V,在体内外均能与单链DNA上的远侧上游元件结合,促进含FUSE的各种基因(尤其是c-myc基因)的转录。
