文化是一个民族生命的血脉,是一个国家的灵魂。加强与维护这个国家的文化安全,就是捍卫这个国家的精神疆域,就是保护这个民族的思想命脉。为此,国家的文化安全就像钢筋对于建筑,尽管我们在表面上看不到它的存在,但是作为一种内在的支撑力,它对于一座建筑的安全至关重要。就像我们必须对长江设定一个安全的警戒水位线一样,我们在文化领域也要设定一个安全基准线,从而使我们对国家文化安全的现状有一个明确的判定依据,为加强与维护国家文化安全提供切实可行的具体的解决方案。

Culture is the vein of one nation and the soul of one country.To strengthen and protect the culture safety of one country is to defend its spiritual empire.So,what culture safety to one country is as what reinforcing steel bars to the whole architecture.Although we could not see them,however,as the interior support power,they are very important to the architecture.Since it is a must for us to set up a water line for safety precaution,it is also necessary to establish a datum line in culture field.Only in this way could we have a specific criterion in studying our national culture safety,and then think out a feasible solving method.
