国家文化形象建构的自觉、自信和自强

"国家文化形象"是"国家形象"的重要构成,是国家对内形成向心力和凝聚力、对外产生亲和力和感召力的"软实力"。"国家文化形象"理念的提出,是真正意义上的"文化自觉"。建构国家文化形象,是我们国家摆脱贫困、实现温饱、迈向小康征途上的文化抉择,也是人类进入全球化时代、进入"国家公关时代"的文化召唤。国家文化形象的建构体现着"文化自觉"的时代高度。我们对国家文化形象的建构充满"自信",因为我们血液里流淌的是五千年不间断的中华文明。中华文明充满着"厚德载物"的生存大智慧和"自强不息"的发展硬道理。建构国家文化形象是在改革开放中的文化实践,我们一方面要弘扬中华优秀传统文化,一方面要学习人类社会创造的一切科学的新思想新知识。化"文明的冲突"为"文明的共荣"是我们信守的"文化自信"。建构国家文化形象要有"自强"意识,而"文化自强"的实质在于贯彻"人民至上"的理念。建构"人民至上"的国家文化形象,是这一形象实现民族向心力和凝聚力的保证。建构国家文化形象是在世界格局中的文化实践,是一个"自塑"和"他塑"互动的过程。我们不仅要突破"跨文化传播"的瓶颈,而且要矫正西方"本文化中心主义"的镜像。这是我们"文化自强"的应有之义。可以认为,发展社会主义先进文化,是我们国家文化形象建构的前进方向;推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,是我们国家文化形象建构的时代重任。

National cultural image is an important part of the integral national image.It is some sort of soft power which could not only concentrate internally but also impacts externally.The proposition of national cultural image conception is in a sense of cultural consciousness.To construct national cultural image could help people get rid of poverty and then get close to well being and happiness.Further,it is our cultural mission in new era and in such global time.We are confident in constructing our national cultural image,because we have more than 5000-year civilization.Classical Chinese civilization is full of substantial wisdom.In the process of constructing national cultural image,we could also promote traditional Chinese culture and learn all kinds of new thoughts and knowledge human beings create.We are doing our best to eliminate civilization conflicts and to achieve common prosperity of civilization.Self-strengthening consciousness is indispensible in constructing national cultural image.It is a cultural practice in international situation and it is an interactive process including interior and exterior construction.
