随着数字信号处理技术和VLSI(超大规模集成电路)技术的发展,设计各种适合于VLSI集成的数字信号处理器芯片已成为国际上广泛研究的课题,计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术在数字信号处理器设计中所起的重要作用已愈来愈被人们所认识。本文集中介绍了数字信号处理器的CAD发展现状,重点介绍了数字信号处理器设计中的硅编译技术和系统,最后论述了在我国开展数字信号处理器CAD研究和软件开发的必要性和可行性。

With the development of digtal signal processing andVLSI technologies, designing digital signal processor suited for VISI implementation has beeome a popular research subject around the world. An overview of the state—of—the—art of CAD techniques and the silicon compiler techniques for digital signal processor design is described. The necessity and possibility for China to do research on this field are presented.
