摘要
本文研究了BiNbO4陶瓷在N2和H2两种保护气氛下与铜电极的共烧行为,探索了有机粘结剂PVA在共烧结过程中的作用。结果表明两种气氛下BiNbO4陶瓷与电极界面均有新相生成。在氢气气氛下烧成时无论是否添加有机粘结剂PVA,陶瓷中均发生了铋的还原反应。而在氮气气氛下烧成时,添加有机粘结剂PVA的陶瓷中同样发生了铋的还原反应,排除PVA的陶瓷中未发现金属铋的存在。氮气气氛下的还原是由于PVA在高温低氧气氛下分解出的碳渣导致。
Co-firing behavior of BiNbO4 ceramics with copper electrode under N2 or H2 atmosphere was studied.The results showed that a new phase formed at the interface of the BiNbO4 ceramics and the copper electrode under both atmospheres.It is revealed that reduction reaction happened in the BiNbO4 ceramics and the metal Bi emerged under H2 atmosphere,with or without PVA as a binder.Metal Bi was not found for the ceramics without PVA under N2 atmosphere,but for the ceramics with PVA,because of the carbon decomposed from PVA under high temperature and low oxygen partial pressure.
