军队突发群体性传染病疫情现场处置模式的建立

Establishment of on-site disposal mode of sudden and mass infectious disease outbreaks in the army

由于军队的特殊性,突发群体性传染病疫情时有发生。本文通过分析军营中突发群体性传染病发生的影响因素和可能出现的种类及特点,探讨疫情现场处置模式,即通过强有力的组织领导,在专家组的指导下,对军队突发群体性传染病事件开展现场流行病学调查,实施医疗救护、垃圾和污物无害化处置等。通过监督检查贯彻落实各种防控措施,加强后勤保障、心理疏导和健康教育等,确保疫情得到及时有效控制,提高救治率,降低病死率。

Due to the special nature of the army, sudden and mass infectious disease outbreaks have sometimes occurred. The authors analyze the risk factors, types and characteristics of infectious disease outbreaks, and explore the on-site epidemic disposal mode, that is, through strong organization and leadership and under the guidance of the experts, on-site epidemiological investigations of sudden and mass infectious disease outbreaks in the army are carried out, and medical care and disposal of medical waste and pollutants are implemented. Through supervision and inspection of the implementation of various prevention and control measures, logistics support, psychological counselling and health education should be strengthened to ensure timely and effective epidemic control, improve treatment rates and reduce the mortality.
