待产妇分娩期望及相关因素的调查分析

Investigation of expectant mothers' childbirth expectations and the related factors

目的探索待产妇的分娩期望及影响因素。方法采用中文版分娩期望量表对190例待产妇进行问卷调查。结果待产妇对照护环境、控制与参与、配偶支持以及医护支持期望水平较高,但产痛预期和应对的期望水平较低。不同家庭月收入、陪产意愿的待产妇分娩期望水平不同(P<0.05)。结论医护人员应重视待产妇的分娩期望,并根据其期望和需求提供高质量的分娩照护,帮助其获得积极的分娩体验。

Objective To explore the childbirth expectations and related factors of Chinese expectant mothers. Methods A total of 190 expectant mothers were chosen and the Chinese version of the Childbirth Expectation Questionnaire was used for investigation. Results The expectant mothers had a higher level of childbirth expectations in the aspects of caring environment, control and participation, spousal supports and medical supports. Conversely, their expectations toward labor pain and their response were relatively lower. The level of expectant mothers＇childbirth expectations varied with family income and preference of partner accompanied labor（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Maternity heahhcare providers should pay close attention to expectant mothers＇ childbirth expectations, and improve the medical and nursing care service to promote positive childbirth experiences and satisfaction for expectant mothers.
