文章归纳了国内外患者隐私权保护的进展,讨论了侵犯患者隐私权的表现,即:将患者作为"活教具"、就医环境不合理布局、公开场合讨论病情、泄露患者隐私资料。在此基础上,提出改善医学教学管理制度、改善医院就医环境、提高护士职业道德素质、完善医院档案管理制度等保护患者隐私的对策。

The article summarized the research progress of patients＇privacy protection at home and abroad,and discussed the behaviors of China＇s violation of patient privacy, such as regarding the patients as ＂ teaching aids＂ ,improper layout in hospital, discussing patients＂ disease in public sites, leaking of patients＇ private information. Based on these, the countermeasures were proposed, which included improving the management system of medical education and the hospital environment, raising the quality of nurses＇ professional moral, completing hospital records management systems, and so on.
