优化脊柱外科临床护理带教过程的实践与效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨脊柱外科临床带教护生的重点及方法,提升护生临床实习的效果。方法实验组采用突出带教重点、优化带教过程的方法,对照组采用传统的带教方法。结果通过优化带教方法,实验组护生临床综合能力考核成绩总分高于对照组,护生对带教老师综合满意度评价提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论突出带教重点、优化带教过程,使护生的专科技能明显提高,是专科带教的有效方法。 Objective To explore the emphasis and methods of clinical teaching in spine surgery departments so as to enhance the effects of nursing students' clinical practice. Methods The teaching methods which focused on the specialty emphasis and optimized the teaching process were adopted in the experimental group,while the traditional methods were employed in the control group. Results By optimizing the teaching methods, the seoce of comprehensive clinical abilities assessment in the experimental group was higher than the control group (P 〈 0. 01 ). And the overall satisfaction of nursing students to clinical teaehers was increased,the differences was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Outstanding the teaching emphasis and optimizing the teaching methods can enhance the specialist skills of nursing students and is an effective method in specialty departments.
