摘要 目的探索乳腺癌资源中心服务模式及效果。方法构建并完善乳腺癌资源中心设置及人力配备,采取多种形式为乳腺癌患者提供服务,提供信息、专业支持、社会支持及经济支持等。结果 2010年10月,242例乳腺癌患者共咨询388人次。咨源访问内容以信息资源为主,还包括专业支持资源、康复用品资源、社会支持资源、经济支持资源。结论乳腺癌资源中心服务可有效满足患者需求。 Objective To explore the effects of the service model of resource center of patients with breast cancer (RCPBC). Methods The RCPBC was established and provided services for patients with breast cancer by various methods, such as providing information, professional supports, social supports and economic supports, etc. Results In October 2010, a total of 242 patients with breast cancer were consulted 388 time, mainly about information resources, professional support resources,rehabilitation products resources, social support resources and financial support resources. Conclusion The RCPBC service model can meet the patients' needs effectively.
