摘要
通过简易的方法制备了酶转化淀粉,其最优制备条件为:36℃,pH8.0,反应时间1h。并将其性能指标及应用效果与氧化淀粉做了比较,结果表明,酶转化淀粉的使用效果可与氧化淀粉媲美。
The enzymatic conversion starch was prepared,and the optimum preparation conditions were:36℃,pH 8.0,reaction time 1h.And its performance and application results were compared with the oxidized starch.The results showed that the useful effect of enzymatic conversion starch could be compete with the oxidized starch.
