Theory and Practices of Catalog System for Government Information Resources

政务信息资源目录体系是众多研究者在借鉴国外相关经验的基础上,结合我国政务信息资源管理的现状提出的新概念。首先,我国《电子政务总体框架》将其列入电子政务基础设施;其次,众多研究者从各种角度探讨政务信息资源目录体系的相关内容;第三,部分省市开始开展政务信息资源目录体系试点工作。上述研究和实践工作有力地促进了政务信息资源目录体系在我国的应用。然而,如何充分发挥政务信息资源目录体系在电子政务中的基础设施作用,如何建设目录体系等问题仍是摆在政务信息资源管理研究者和实践者面前的重要问题。

Based on the experiences of foreign related researches and the situations of e-government information management in China, the paper brings forward a new theory of catalog system for government information resources. Recently, China has paid more attention to the research and application of catalog system for government information resources. However, how to use the system to manage government information resources is still a key problem for researchers and managers.
