摘要
整合就是合多为一。从知识转移绩效的角度出发,对图书馆咨询团队运行整合机制的理论基础、影响因素等进行分析;从实践的角度出发,探讨了图书馆咨询团队整合的基本模式、整合内容和整合流程。
Integration refers to all in one. From the point of view of knowledge transfer performance, the paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the integration operating mechanism of library consulting team and its influential factors. From the angle of practice, the paper discusses the basic mode, contents and process of the integration of consulting team.
