针对北方某独立供热小区从热源成本核算、建筑末端能耗监测和统计,分析供热计量成本,提出采用供热成本核算当年计量热价的方式,为供热计量改革积累工程经验。

This paper described the composition of heat costs based on a independent residential heat metering system, including cost accounting in heat source, terminal energy consumption in building. The conclusion conducted a heat cost formation scheme, accumulated some engineering experience for heat metering reform.
