石钢高炉炉料冶金性能及炉料结构优化 被引量:1

摘要 通过在实验室对石钢公司目前使用的几种含铁炉料进行系统的化学成分、低温还原粉化、还原性、熔融滴落等冶金性能和矿相分析,详细评价了各种入炉矿的冶金性能指标,从而确定了比较适合石钢高炉冶炼条件的炉料结构优化方案。 The chemical proposition and metallurgy properties, sucta as low temperature reaucuon aegraaation index, reducibility and molten dropping temperature, and mineral composition of different iron-con- taining materials of Sh^Gang company were investigated through expetiments. According to the results, the metallurgy properties of sinter, pellet and lump ore were analyzed systematically and the the optimized burden structure of ShiGang blast furnace was put forward.
